Thank you for your love for SpotCam and your subscription to our cloud services.
Please note you can change your credit card simply by upgrade your camera for the same cloud service plan and choose to use a new card during the process. Below is a step by step process with screenshots using laptop for your reference, it's no problem to finish the same process and change your credit card using mobile app as well. .
1. Login to myspotcam.com and go to "My Account" page. Go to app menu through top-right icon then enter "My Account" page if you are using mobile app.
2. Click "Change Plan" button for the camera whose subscription plan you like to change a credit card for.
3. Choose the plan here (choose the same plan if you only want to change credit card), and then click next.
4. Follow screen instructions and then click "Use a new card" in this dialogue.
5. Input credit card information and follows screen instruction to complete the process then it’s done
Please note you won't be charged again immediately after above process, your payment will only be charged until your next billing cycle. Above process will only change the credit card information saved in the system.
